Nutrition and Cooking Series:
Classes are offered in 4 and 5 week series, meeting once a week. Each one includes a short nutrition video lecture by Dr. Neal Barnard, discussion, educational handouts, all within a supportive setting. Classes are followed by an optional 30-minute cooking demo with free samples of 3 recipes.
Terri Edwards earned her Plant-Based Nutrition Certification through eCornell's, T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies and is licensed through Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine as a Food for Life instructor.
